Prescription policy
Our doctors prescribe many routine non-controlled prescriptions, for a wide range of acute conditions, such as antibiotics, antihistamines, various creams, anti-inflammatories, birth control, hypertension medications, etc.
Our physicians can also renew some commonly used medications, such as prescriptions for hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma and the like. Although these medications can be renewed, they cannot be initiated during a telehealth visit.
As a telemedicine company we cannot prescribe or refill Federal or State controlled substances.
Therefore, we DO NOT prescribe controlled substances, including most muscle relaxants, pain narcotics, ADD/ADHD medication, and insomnia medications, such as:
